Rates and Fees

Two Party Case: $125 per party, per hour.
Three Party Case: $100 per party, per hour.
Four Party Case: $90 per party, per hour.

Please note: There is a two-hour minimum for all mediations. If in-person mediation is preferred, there is an additional $100 fee.

Court Ordered Mediation

After filing for most legal actions in the courts, judges often require parties to attend mediation before proceeding to a final hearing. Mediation offers a valuable opportunity to resolve disputes efficiently and amicably, saving time, money, and the stress of prolonged litigation.

In addition to court-ordered mediation, parties may voluntarily request the court to allow mediation as a proactive way to address and resolve conflicts.

Private & Pre-suit Mediation

Private and pre-suit mediations offer parties the opportunity to voluntarily resolve conflicts without filing with the courts or waiting for a court order to attend mediation. This proactive approach can save time, reduce costs, and provide a confidential setting to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Additionally, these agreements can remain private and do not need to be filed with the court unless the parties choose to do so.
