Thomas R. Morrison is a native Floridian born in Coral Springs, Florida and grew up in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
Thomas attended the University of Central Florida for his undergraduate education and received a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. During his time at UCF, Thomas was involved in the Student Government Association as a Student Senator, a student member of the Conduct Board, where he would be the student voice in disciplinary hearings for alleged violations of the Student Code of Conduct, served on the executive boards of the American Sign Language Association and Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, and was a member of the University Chorus starting his freshman year.
After graduating from UCF, Thomas was granted the opportunity of a lifetime to be a Character Performer at the Walt Disney World Resort. Thomas spent the next several years performing at Disney, as well as Universal Studios Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, and Busch Gardens Tampa in various capacities, living out his childhood dream.
After his years of performing, Thomas decided it was time to return back to his legal passions and accepted a position with the Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program, where he served as the face of the government as one of the Department’s official court representatives testifying on behalf of the Department, where he was trusted to make decisions that would lead to the children in his community receiving the support that they need and deserve.
Thomas served in that capacity for almost three years until he was admitted to Inter-American University of Puerto Rico’s School of Law, where he studied up until the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the island and his ability to continue his legal education.
Since then, Thomas relocated from Puerto Rico back to Florida, and soon found his way to RAK Law Firm, PLLC where he now applies his diverse set of knowledge and skills in preparation for his return back to law school so that he may continue his legal education and become a licensed attorney in the State of Florida.
Thomas still very much enjoys performing in his spare time, loving on and caring for his American Pitbull and Miniature Schnauzer, and enjoys traveling the world seeking his next big adventure.
