Jacqueline Chin, a first-generation American, was born in New York and raised in Tampa, Florida. The daughter of immigrants who fled communism and religious persecution, Jackie’s upbringing instilled in her the values of resilience, hard work, and the importance of advocating for others. Fluent in Russian, she brings a rich cultural background and a wealth of diverse skills to her professional endeavors.
A graduate of the prestigious International Baccalaureate program at King Senior High School in 2010, Jackie’s academic excellence was evident early on. Her achievements included winning a state competition and earning an honorable mention that qualified her for a national competition in New York, where her performance garnered national recognition.
Jackie continued her academic success at the University of South Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance in 2013 and graduated with a 3.5 GPA. During her time at USF, she was an active member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Pi sorority, leading numerous community service initiatives and demonstrating her deep commitment to making a difference.
In 2014, Jackie relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, to manage the struggling Jacksonville branch of Quality Specialty Pharmacy (QSP), where she began her professional career. QSP specialized in assisting patients with access to critical medications for conditions such as Hepatitis C, HIV, Arthritis, and Crohn’s Disease. Jackie worked tirelessly with healthcare providers on prior authorizations and appeals to ensure patients could receive life-saving treatments, often overcoming significant financial and systemic obstacles. Her dedication to advocating for patients mirrors the same passion she now brings to her clients at RAK Law.
Through strategic vision and leadership, Jackie transformed the struggling pharmacy into a multimillion-dollar business within a year. Following the sale of all QSP locations in 2018, Jackie embarked on a new chapter at RAK Law PLLC.
As one of RAK Law’s first non-attorney hires, Jackie leveraged her business expertise and adaptability to quickly master the complexities of legal operations. She became a highly respected Complex Litigation Paralegal and Legal Research Specialist, earning a reputation for her meticulous research and case management skills. Over her five years with the firm, Jackie has played a pivotal role in its growth and long-term sustainability.
Now serving as Operations Manager for , Jackie plays a critical role in overseeing billing, accounts receivables, and overall case management, ensuring the firm operates seamlessly and efficiently. With over five years of dedicated service at RAK Law, Jackie’s expertise and unwavering commitment have earned her widespread recognition within the legal community. Her exceptional skills as a paralegal and leader have made her highly sought after by prominent law firms, further solidifying her reputation as an invaluable asset to the profession.

Outside of her professional life, Jackie resides in Trinity, Florida, with her husband, Steven, their daughter, Isla, and their cherished dog, Jet. In her free time, she enjoys painting, spending sunny days at the beach with her family, and continuing her involvement in community service initiatives.
